Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans for children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and a passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of each child.

Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans, making necessary adjustments to ensure progress.

Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on ABA techniques and strategies.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, intervention plans, and progress reports.

Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of ABA and developmental disabilities.

Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder.

Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
