Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The LCSW will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to children and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering counseling and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, early intervention, and family therapy.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and behavior analysts, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Offer consultation and support to parents and caregivers.

Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of social work and mental health.

Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Qualifications:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and families.

Strong knowledge of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques.
